The participation fee is 200DKK (25€), there will be no additional fees. This must be paid before registration closes and is non-refundable. Please note that the participation fee does not include accommodation.
The fee covers lunch and drinks for the full 4 days, entry to the party, pizza night and full participation costs to the conference, including snacks and drinks within the committees, and printing.
Payments must be made using the Safeticket payment link sent to all delegates who have registered.
Registration fees do not apply to student officers.

Private hosting is offered to delegates living outside the Ikast area, but places are limited. Enrolling in the hosting programme is possible by filling out this form as soon after registration as possible – applying for accommodation is not possible before you have received a registration confirmation email.
Please let us know in the email if any delegates require a host of the same gender as themselves, otherwise, this will not be taken into account.
Please be aware that in case of a delegation of an uneven number, one delegate may have to share a room with a delegate from another school of the same gender.
We request that delegations book all their rooms together.
Student officers are hosted on equal terms with delegates.
